CONGRESS DESCRIPTION

The 15th edition of the EURADH (European Adhesion Conference), along with the XXIII biannual edition of the Spanish Congress on Adhesion and Adhesives, will be held in Valencia (Spain) in October 2025 at the Hotel SH Valencia Palace. This event is organised by the Spanish Group on Adhesion and Adhesives (GEAA) in collaboration with the Spanish Association of Adhesive and Glue Manufacturers (ASEFCA).

In this edition, the event will span three days and will serve as the principal forum for the exchange of knowledge and technology among specialised professionals, adhesive manufacturers, and users who are interested in learning about technological advances, the latest market developments, and applications in adhesive bonding technology.

The conference covers all aspects of the science and technology of adhesion and adhesives, including:

Adhesion aspects; Surface treatments; Adhesives synthesis and formulation; Joints design; Testing and characterization of adhesives, surfaces and adhesive joints; Industrial application of adhesives; Environmental and ecological aspects.

In this consolidated edition, the aim is to extend participation to the industrial network that already uses adhesive solutions in its manufacturing processes or seeks to improve its solutions with the latest market innovations. Moreover, there will be an opportunity to present proposals to participate in the congress with practical and real examples where their sharing will be of great interest to all industrial sectors in which adhesive bonding has become a facilitating technology for innovative and sustainable manufacturing.

Authors who wish to make a presentation (oral or poster) are requested to submit an abstract (up to 3 A4 pages possibly with a diagram and references) in English, by 11 April 2025.

Adhesion Innovation Award

FEICA and EURADH are pleased to announce the fourth edition of their Joint Award for Adhesion Science, which aims to stimulate interaction between industrial and scientific activities in adhesion science. The award is funded by FEICA and is presented at the EURADH conferences.

Conference dinner Venue

Conference dinner Venue: Only You Hotel Valencia

The conference dinner will be held at the Only You Hotel Valencia, from 19:30 to 23:00. The EURADH conference venue, the SH Valencia Palace Hotel, is located just a 22-minute walk away. Alternatively, you can reach the dinner venue in about 12 minutes by public bus (Line 4) or by taxi, with service available in both directions.

POSTERS

The poster size must be maximum A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm) in portrait orientation.The text and illustrations must be legible from a distance of two metres. Tacks and technical equipment for mounting the posters will be provided. Please consult the final conference programme when it is available for your assigned poster board number. Your poster should be displayed according to the number indicated in the programme.

VISA INFORMATION

Visa applications are to be done to the nearest Spanish embassy or consulate to you. Visa applications requirements and documents needed are to be requested from the concerned Portugeuse embassy or consulate. If you do need visa, the organization will be pleased to give you a letter of invitation for your application. The letter will be send by Email only.

We strongly advise our participants to register to the conference before applying for the Visa.

Please be aware that we won't be able to contact directly consulates or embassies and we do not intervene in anyway with the Visa process as the participant is sole responsible to apply and follow up on his Visa application.
